[CT-NFB] National Scholarship Finalist

Dear Federation Family,

 

I am pleased to announce that Connecticut has a National Scholarship
Finalist. Her name is Zoe Marsh. I had the pleasure of interviewing Zoe for
the scholarship letter. It has been several years since Connecticut has had
a finalist, and we should all be very proud of Zoe.
