BESB – Educational Projects Coordinator – Resources and educational support for individuals with vision loss.
Greater Hartford Transit District – Information about accessible transportation and mobility services.
Blind Artist – An opportunity to explore creativity and hands-on artistic expression.
Braille Classes Demonstration – Learn about Braille and explore accessible literacy resources.
NFB Connecticut Chapter – Advocacy, resources, and peer connections.
UR Community Cares – Community resources, vision accessibility, technology education, and support for older adults and people with disabilities.
CT State Community College Manchester – Information about disability-related services and community resources.
Independence Unlimited – Independent living resources, advocacy, and support for people with disabilities.
Eschenbach – Demonstrations of low-vision magnification and accessibility products.
Matt Geeza – Community resource and engagement table for Connecticut Library for Accessible Books.

Hello Federation Family,

On October 15th from 3:00p.m.- 5:00p.m. We will be having a walk-a-thon to raise money for the NFB. This is part of the Coast to Coast movement and our very own Walk Across New England step challenge. Michelle Puzzo from U R Community cares has put much effort into making this successful for us. There will be water, snacks, and some vendors. It is important that as many people from our affiliate show to walk as possible. Please share this information with your chapter members and let me know who will attend. Attached is a better description from Micelle.
