DPH is asking for help in Assessing the COVID website.

If you could please forward to any community groups you think may be
interested in participating that would be great. Translation, including ASL
possible when setting up the interviews with Caroline. Her contact email for
anyone interested in volunteering is at the bottom of this email as well,

----

I'm working with the State's web team to redesign CT's COVID Response
website (portal.ct.gov/Coronavirus <https://portal.ct.gov/Coronavirus> ). As
part of the design process, I'm hoping to interview 5-10 constituents over
1-on-1 video calls to collect user feedback on the current website sometime
next week.

If you could forward this along to community groups who may have members
interested in participating, I would be so appreciative.

I've outlined more details about the user research interviews below:

*	What - A 1:1 conversation with me (a user experience designer) where
we'll do the following:

*	Interview - Several questions to understand users' attitudes towards
the State's COVID response, experiences with State COVID resources, and
attitudes towards pandemic recovery.
*	Usability Test - Users will navigate the current COVID homepage and
provide real-time feedback. Users will be prompted to complete key tasks,
like navigating to the vaccine finder, testing information, etc.
*	Card Sorting Activity - Users will sort various topic cards into
their ideal ordering and layout.

*	Time Commitment - 30 minutes
*	Where - Zoom Call
*	When - Anytime between 4/26 and 4/30
*	Privacy - Feedback and notes will be kept fully anonymized. Findings
will be shared fully anonymized.

I'm hoping to find interviewees who:

*	Currently live, work, or study in Connecticut (in-person work or
school)
*	Represent diverse cultural, racial, and ethnic communities

Anyone who knows of interested volunteers can let me know via email and I'll
reach out to coordinate a time/date. Volunteers are also welcomed to email
me directly.

Thank you again for your help!
