Hi:

I am having a problem with my mail order pharmacy getting the Prodigy Voice meter & Voice Test Strippes.  I must go through Express Scripts for all my maintenance meds & must get 3 month supplies at a time.  I will not get coverage if I purchase locally.  

Express Scripts uses Cardinal House as their supplier and it is Cardinal House who is telling Express Scripts that they cannot get the talking meter and strippes to go with it.

What contact information & product information do I need to give to Express Scripts to pass along to Cardinal House to get the order filled and in the future to get my three month supplies covered under my plan.
