[Diabetes-talk] I'm a silent Diabetic

I am cheryl from Long Island NY, I found out when I was 16 that I had 
diabetes type I, been on insulin since, it takes time to work it out, there 
are people here that are still working it out, every day it is an adjustment 
to food, exercise.  But we are here to help.
