Depends upon the individual. Some people can get along without
medication. David Mendoza would say that if everyone were sufficiently
diligent, everyone who's a Type 2 could get off meds. However, I
wouldn't go that far. Some people can; some people cannot.

this will be my second time seeing the new diabetic coordinator on the
twenty fourth.

She was pleased.
My question would be,
as she shared, when you keep losing weight, is there a time when you
won't need pills any more?
Or do they just lower the dosage.
