Thank you for your comments regarding the Prodigy Pocket.  

The thought process behind the website not saying this is a non talking
meter is that with all our meters it has a description, the talking
meters do state that they're talking and the pocket omits that due to it
being a non talking meter. 

I have also forwarded your comments to Management. 

I hope this helps and apologize for the confusion.
