[Diabetes-talk] Voice

Thanks Mike, inquiring minds really want to know. My chapter has several
diabetics who I know read the Voice. So, this will be useful info going
forward.

The publishing costs were spiraling out of control. I will give a more
detailed explanation when I have more time (I'm at the National Center and
