Its not the job of big pharma to come up with the cure to diabetes. If this  
doctor's research had merit, why didn't he try to get federal government 
support  for the research? Perhaps they did and found no merit in the research. 
There are  lots of funding sources in the fed gov't and universities.
When I became diabetic 40 years ago, the docs said a cure was just around  
the corner. Its a very large corner!
