If you're part of a group plan it is easier to buy insurance.  I have heard
about  this problem for individual coverage.  It is the pre-existing
condition clause.  Let us know when you get your insurance.

Hey Guys:

I was on the phone with an insurance broker this afternoon because I'm
investigating supplemental insurance for my family and myself.  I was told
that because of my diabetes, that I'm "Uninsurable."  How many of you guys
have come up against this and how do ya get around this one?  Of course, the
guy couldn't tell me that I couldn't get insurance because of my blindness,
at the risk of diving right into a sling.  So he had to claim that because
of my diabetes, I was "uninsurable."  Feedback???
