Oh my gosh,
thanks for explaining this to me.
I sure appreciate that.
It is good you can share what happens.
Now sir brave Mike, huh giggle,
what are some of the symptoms you experience.
You know if you don't laugh afterwards you just couldn't get back up again
and start over.
I am eating fruit for dessert and my sugars climb.
This is just crazy.
Of course maybe I didn't do the carbs rite,
I am told to have two small baked potatoes with vegetable and meat.
I also love my desserts, but love fruit.
Now for a snack I had two small dark chocolates.
I should change that to a cheese slice rite?
If we would get out of the cold spell and ice would melt ha I could walk
again.
Yesterday, when the wind was blowing badly, I got into the church and had a
peace of candy.
I thought it was better to do it this way, then my sugars wouldn't go down
so bad.
They were 128.
for me that was good. Dinner testing was 130
For me that is good.
Thanks so much for sharing.
I keep life savors with me.
Request from the diabetic coordinator.
