Interesting again,
I was looking at the so called diabetic shoes, where they had a sandal with 
a closed heel but the toes were open.
So if you had an orthoughtic  to put in the shoe you could.
The price was way to high for me.
I didn't like the shoes at all.
I still wear the diabetic socks I got from wall mart.
Interesting about changing your shoes every five hours if you can.
