That's great, Al. I probably won't be able to punch the appropriate influence buttons today (I must get caught up at work) but will write an appropriately polite but firm note this evening inquiring concerning this situation, asking what steps are being taken to remedy this and what the time-frame is for this to take place and putting a bit of pressure on.
