With my doctor's office, it's not a blind issue. They do this for all their 
patients.

They are really good to me. They filled the Leader Dog medical information 
out the same afternoon I sent it to them and Leader had it the next morning.

They do the same with my diabetic questions and anything I need.


--If you ever see a turtle on a fence post, remember he didn't get there by 
himself.
