Dear Diabetes-Talk Members,

I have been writing on this list for a while now and wanted to apologize
on behalf of our company for a mistake that was recently made. A few
members from this list have enrolled in our Insurance Coverage Home
Delivery Service for their diabetic testing supplies and received the
wrong strips.

The customers received Autocode strips rather than Voice test strips. It
was an error made by our shipping department that should not have
happened. After investigating the situation it was discovered that the
Prodigy test strips said "Autocode and Voice" on them. If a bottle of
test strips said "Autocode and Voice" on them you would assume they
worked with both meters.

We did internally test the strips in both a Prodigy Autocode and Prodigy
Voice meter and the test results were extremely close in comparison. We
were recently informed that each meter has separate strips and they are
not compatible.

Again we apologize for this inconvenience and are working to correct the
errors in a timely matter. For those customers that received the wrong
strips, you will be receiving replacement strips shortly.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Best Regards,
