Does one pill make that much of a difference?
You need to tell the nurse about the symptoms you have and they will help
you with this.  we are not Dr's here and can not give you medical advise.

Yes I would like to talk to one of the nurses about this,
because if it were me, I would wait until I got home then take my medicine.
the doctor says if I don't take the blood pressure pills before time 
then the blood pressure is to high they would cancel out the test.
This is why I am asking.
