I email many persons as friends,
I read and just go on with life.
I know I am a diabetic and that is that.
i just do what I have to do staying comfortable.
the more stressed out you become the numbers become the same way.
I don't have an answer for you, except smile, each day is a new day 
that is all we can do one day at a time.
