Sheryl,
It isn't always a persons fault because their sugars go high or low.
Not all of the time,
Pretty harsh don't you think?
Someone just learning how to test, learning how to read their body 
signs of what is happening?
I can tell the lows, but even if I get a high the body still feels the 
same to me.
So I get shocked when I learn how high it is.
