It actually was a really great way to track trends.  It was even better
than tracking them by what my glucose readings were because the device
was testing like every 3 minutes or something like that.  It gave a much
more comprehensive idea and I check like 8 times a day as is.

Even if you know why you fluctuate, maybe they can figure something out
once they can really identify trends, and at what point in the day those
trends begin developing.  Good luck.

I don't use a pump, I don't qualify for it, I take a lot of insulin and
for 
years, but my doctor has the new toy so he wants to use it on me, the
reason 
my sugars fluctuate so much is from my transplant medications.

He knows this.  But wants to do this anyway.
