Hi,
 
I'd just like to echo the problems with the voice.  I love the ability
to hear everything and being able to test by myself.  But lately I've
had problems with the strips not connecting and get a "thank you"
message instead of the usual message when inserting the strip. What's
up?  Is this a problem with all meters or is it just mine and those who
are having problems with it?  Can it be corrected?
