What we are trying to do at home, that makes me laugh, is get a second
rail put on the wall so I have support on both sides of the stair case.
the brother in law said he would put it in after Halloween.
Now that just plum made me laugh.
Transportation is a big problem here in this town.
I couldn't afford cab fare every time I wanted to go to the gym.
We got the GPS to be able to get out and walk a small bit.
I can go a mile with out much discomfort after that I get quite tired.
the rite leg slows down allot.
this is also climbing up hill smile.
Then of course I walk to church except in the winter months.
I don't do well playing monkey climbing the snow drifts they pile in
front of a curb.
Oh what fun smile.
We hafve 13 stairs going down to the basement.
this way climbing them up and down for twenty minutes would give me
what they are asking for.
I climb them several times a day when I do the worshin as my
grandmother would say smile.
Would crack me up.
Thanks for the tips.
