I eat 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast 4 oz of juice most of the time
This is what I was tsught to do when I became diabetic. Oh I also have black
coffee

Hi All,
What are some of you eating for breakfast? I work and I usually have cereal
with 1% milk in the mornings because its fast. I am looking for suggestions.
