I eat oatmeal the real stuff not the instant, or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or eggs, I like having scrambled eggs with spinach in the morning, because the spinach is good for us and not a fast sugar food, and either tea or coffee.
and piece of toast.

  Hi All,

  What are some of you eating for breakfast?  I work and I usually have cereal with 1% milk in the mornings because its fast.  I am looking for suggestions.  Thanks in advance!
