Now that is an excellet clue............Let's try it. Green beans, green
spinach, peas, broccoli, lettuce, avocado. The body does not know how to
read the clock but what ever it needs then morning time is the time that it
is lowest and needs to be replenished. Green in the morning. PLEASE REMIND
me!

since I started eating a green vegetable in the morning, I am not run down,
I
aven't had a cold in 2 years, and my morning sugars stabilize by lunch time,
I
till have issues with high sugars over night, due to my transplant drugs.
To eat there own, and no one should make fun of what other people eat.

Oh Tom,
I had more laughs yesterday reading what folks eat, especially Cheryl.
All in fun, and it doesn't take much for me to start laughing.
I'm working hard getting over a cold.
Even a cold will raise the sugar numbers.
I just go along with it, knowing I'm not doing anything out of line to
get it to go up.

Hang in there, I'm sure you are doing well, and if you are not sure,
