I like those also although I tend to use them more when I'm in a hurry (as
at a NFB convention) or when I'm not going to get a meal and am hungry (as
on a long-distance flight).

I eat protein bars quite a bit in the morning; I've had pretty good luck
with Zone bars and Balance bars.

Hi All,

What are some of you eating for breakfast? I work and I usually have cereal
with 1% milk in the mornings because its fast. I am looking for
suggestions. Thanks in advance!
