[Diabetes-talk] Prodigy Meter problem.

Bern,
Well, I can't remember the rep's name, but I can tell you I called and
talked to him at 6:30 AM central time. I know because he told me the time
when we were checking the settings on my meter.

I hope this helps, even though I couldn't answer your question.
Alan

Mr. Wheeler:

That's absolutely preposturous and I'm taking measures to deal with it right
this very minute! So, do you have any idea of the REP from Customer
Service/Tech Support that told you such a thing? That was highly
unprofessional and never should have happened! If something on the meter
isn't working correctly, whether it be anything from your test results to
the date, to whatever it is, this never should've been handled that way and
I'm sure Tammy will see that whoever that person is shall be disciplined
promptly and matter-of-factly! Knowing Tammy as I do, whoever that was, I'm
sure was never trained to do such a thing! That stinks!
