[Diabetes-talk] Prodigy Meter problem.

Nah, your name isn't mud in my book. I mean, all he had me do was check the
settings on the meter, and that was it. Seems pretty shoddy to me. I mean,
come on, if you're not ready to face the day and do your job, drink some
coffee and get over it. Hahahhaha. Obviously, that is addressed to the guy
at Prodigy, not you, Bern.

Yah Honey, Unfortunately, There are a whole lot of guilty culprits out
there--not just Prodigy. That, however, doesn't excuse ratty customer
service, no matter from whence it comes. When I moved out here from the
midwest and married my husband, I swear I was depressed over it for the
first two years we were married: 1. Calling Directory Assistance for a
number seven times to get eight wrong numbers? 2. Walking into a store to
ask where a given item is located and being told, "Well if ya don't see it,
we don't got it!" 3. Walk up to someone ya know is on staff to be told at
nine in the morning, "I'm on lunch!" I tell ya sweetie! I've heard it all,
as I'm sure a lot of you folks have! Better not go any further. I'm sure
my name is already mud without having to drown in it! Huh?
