[Diabetes-talk] water

I don't bother with water as I don't object to using tap water; it's better for the environment anyway; no plastic bottles. But I do carry a couple of "power bars" in case I get stuck somewhere and don't have time for a meal. I seldom snack so this is not a problem. If I'm traveling and get hungry, as long as my bg is in a normal range, I simply ignore the hunger as it's often more of a pain in the posterior to stop to eat than it is to wait till I arrive somewhere that I can have enough time to sit down and enjoy a decent meal.

Different strokes and all that!
