Thanks for all the input.

What determines how many carbs, etc. one needs?

Since there's no stupid question, has anyone heard of something called a 
"club sandwich"; I don't know if that was the brand name, but it was an 
energy bar.  Maybe my mom had the name wrong, but help if you can.
