Um... Most my dresses have a neckline that would not accommodate such a
placement!  *smile*

Also, the tubing I am now using is extremely short, and it would not
have enough give to leave there for long.

Bridgit,
It really doesn't add any bulk!
Just slip it in, in the middle and then  and it is so easy to access
once 
you are in the bathroom!
