I was just mentioning this to someone off list about the same thing.
If you are talking batteries and the control solution, they do that,
especially if you have Medicare. You need to check every time you start a
new bottle to make sure that the strip are good and that the meter is
working correctly, that is with any meter.
As a person, who still works as a Medical Insurance Biller, there are some
things that they are suppose to send you.
Now if you are getting to much or to little strips, that you need to talk to
your doctor about they can only give you what you doctor has prescribed no
more and no less, should you need more strips or less, your doctor needs to
know that and why.
If they are calling you for a reorder, I have a lot of strip at the house,
and I tell them when they call, I don't need my order right now, I will call
when I need it sent to me.
Again, if you have issues with the company speak to the boss, Greg Santulli,
is the President, Jordan Benis is the CEO, and Tina Rockwell is the Manager.
So call and speak to one of them as well.

My issue is more to do with overbilling and sending me items I did not
request.. sent back and they stil bill my insurance for them.
