Hey Alan!!

Good hearing from you!  Sorry it's not under better circumstances.  Chalk 
this up to "from my experience."  Actually, as I see it, I think you were 
very smart in testing.  That's just exactly what I do when I don't feel 
quite right on any given day, no matter the situation.  Seems no matter the 
situation anyway, it's going to affect my sugars in some way so I figure 
"better safe than sorry."  It's called "learning to listen to your body." 
I'm sure countless others of us have had to learn that same lesson over and 
over again.  We all need a memory refreshment. My kids, Bill, and I have had 
an awful lot of sickness around the Jacobs' home this winter and oh boy! 
Did I ever have some readings??? talk about riding on a roller coaster?  Oh 
Boy!  It's much better now than about three weeks ago, however.  I think 
finally, we're all on the mend.
