[Diabetes-talk] Lily

I know the topic has been brought up in the past, but having just dealt
with Eli Lily this AM...
I had to be told, having to speak to several people to resolve an issue with
a humapen that broke prior to warranty end.. that blind diabetics are not to
use any Eli Lily products or insulin without a sighted person present.
Any updates on Nova doing the same or works to not have to feel so inept?
It was stressed not that I should be trained to use my insulin and device,
but that the sighted person who must always assist me be trained.
