Currently, the only manufacturer of insulin pens that does not have those danmnable warnings is sanofi -aventis. I've written to the other manufacturers without result. It's hard to get past the pr people. However, eileen rivera-ley has participated in a conference of pen manufacturer engineers who found it enlightening to interact with a real blind person so this plus the work of ann williams May bear fruit shortly in terms of more enlightened policies. I'll write more tomorrow when I'm back home.
