But different brands and types of breads, yogurts and all food will have
varying nutrition info. You would just have to check the calorie info on
your respective favorite foods.

You could have a choice of many things. My favorite would be a slice of
bread (70 calories), two ounces of chicken (140 calories), and a large
apple(from CostCo 140 calories). Or you could have a fruit flavored
yogurt
(110), a whole banana (150 calories), and one ounce of a hard cheese
(about
90 calories). Try to read the labels of your favorite packaged foods
for
more ideas.
