Dear Terri,

You could have a choice of many things.  My favorite would be a slice of 
bread (70 calories), two ounces of chicken (140 calories), and a large 
apple(from CostCo 140 calories).  Or you could have a fruit flavored yogurt 
(110), a whole banana (150 calories), and one ounce of a hard cheese (about 
90 calories).  Try to read the labels of your favorite packaged foods for 
more ideas.
