Hi, Dar here.
I don't feel I am on a diet.
Cut back on portions.
Lots of fried foods mess up the liver. Can they bake meats for you?
Lots of good healthy foods done in the oven.
Just some thoughts.

I mean, I do a little, but do to personal reasons that I don't feel I should go into here, it's just best that you eat what is served. So we eat a lot of fried foods, and fatty foods. Also, a lot of bread, and lunchmeat. Also, mayo.
