Joyce,

Some insurance companies do require that you use (or not use) a particular
pharmacy/chain. It is very frustrating. 

But no worries, there are a number of other pharmacies (including those that
offer mail delivery) that offer the ScripTalk labels.

Please contact 1-855-SPEAK-RX ( 1-855-773-2579) for more information, or
help in finding another pharmacy. 

It does help, too, to contact your insurance company and request coverage at
Walmart because they offer the accessible prescription labels. The insurance
companies will sometimes make an exception in coverage, if a particular
non-covered pharmacy is offering accommodations, but their preferred covered
pharmacies are not.

This sounds really good, but my insurance company will not cover any
prescriptions bought at WalMart.  They cover all other pharmacies, except
WalMart.

Does this not sound wrong?
