Do yourself wear this monator?
Sounds interesting.
I'm doing well with what I am using, so far I have gone down to 80.
Then I eat and it goes back up.
I'm with in the range the doctor has asked me to be in.
I'm pleased.
I also find that I am not as hungry as I used to be.
