[Diabetes-talk] "Too Young for Insulin?"

I have a friend who watched an interview with the late Dick Clark, 
himself a diabetic, and he apparently said that if you're a diabetic, 
consider yourself ten years older than your chronological age. that 
would mean that instead of turning sixty-six this month, I should 
consider myself seventy-six. Not sure I like the sound of that.
