Subject: [Diabetes-talk] A couple of things.

First of all, does anyone here use a talking blood pressure monitor, but not
the kind used on the wrist, but used like the kind in a doctor's office? If
so, could you email me, off list if you want, with the name and where you
got it? remember, I'm in canada, so I'd need to know if it can be gotten
here, but we can do that research.
Secondly, I'm taking saint john's wort for seasonal affected disorder, and
have noticed what could either be a side effect, or very pleasant and
welcome benefit. I'm noticing that my blood sugar is nice and low, so much
so that I may be able to decrease my insulin. Has anyone here used this, and
noticed the same thing? yes, I know that there could be a lot of factors at
play, one of them being a better night's sleep, but I'm just wondering.
Linda.
