[Diabetes-talk] Recently DXED Pre-Diabetic

Just eat. Eat what you prefer, in reasonable amounts, and eat a variety of
foods. Everything we eat has some effect on our bodies, but we are all
going to live only a certain number of years anyway. I prefer my patients
to enjoy their lives--being prudent and reasonable, but not excluding
anything just because one study said it wasn't good for us. Using that
criterion, nothing is good for us and we should all starve. But how healthy
can that be?
