Well, all, It seems to me, from all I've been reading and hearing over the
years about diabetes control, it's "whatever floats your boat," and what
floats mine might sink yours. And keeping mine from leaking, it seems to be
a long row to hoe. Bill

I guess I'm lucky in that I have few carb cravings.. I don't buy the
conventional wisdom of limiting neat to the size of a deck of cards. Who's
kidding whom here? I eat as much meat as I desire and lots of leafy green
vegetables.. I also don't worry too much about fats so I eat mayo (no carbs)
and don't take the skin off chicken. I do keep portions in moderation,
though.
If I eat a snack, it's usually cashoos.
