Oh Sally, sympathies. Complain away. It is always tough to have hopes dashed but for this, wow! Please know we’re here with and for you. And thank you for being a pioneer of sorts so that down the road they may perfect something for all of us. In the meantime, hang in there and good luck with the guess work.
