[Diabetes-talk] sharps

Some mail programs, by default put your reply at the top of a message 
chain, others put it at the bottom.  And ... with some, you can 
configure this behavior.

In the blind community, the general custom is to top post, that is 
the reply is at the top, but on many other lists, they like bottom 
posting, or in-line posting, where there are snipets followed by your reply.
