I think you are correct. Turning it clockwise will tend to bring out more
blood. It is hard to get me to bleed, sometimes I think my blood must be
the consistency of pea soup, so I feel it necessary to crank up the device
to the most intense level.

Hi Anita:
If I'm not mistaken I think if you turn it to the right it will bring
more blood. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but when I have tested
myself and I turned it to the right I have gotten more blood than I
needed. But I could be mistaken too. Hope this helps!
