You need to return it and get the Prodigy Voice.  The Prodigy autocode needs
sighted help to set it up and to get all the information available to you.

Hello all the prodigy voice is the meter for the blind. They sent  me the
prodigy AutoCAD that is talking but you can t set it up by adable. can  any
one shed some ligght. by the way solas v2 no longer in business. Angela
