[Diabetes-talk] Different Diet

I admit I have a little trouble eating a diet that is so good for me that I
need to take pills to make up for what is missing. Not meant as criticism,
especially for those having success with it. I've done things that made
sense to me that others thought was crazy. <grin> But that's just my mind at
work. <grin>
But there's no reason not to look at something and modify it so it works for
me. I really love these discussions.

Good idea. Sound solution. If we in the olden days could eat everything and
not have issue even though things wer more organice. We can stil tdo that
except eat insmaller sizes.

I keep it all simple stupid,
eat everything, just in small portions.
I won't give up anything.
Now if there are things that cause me to go higher I ask myself do I really
need what I am looking at to eat.
Now that it is winter we are working on soups.
Hope this helps.
