Gary,
Stress can also impede our ability to lower glucose levels. As difficult as
it is, try to not stress out about it. Just do what you need, follow your
endocrine and don't stress too much. Though I know it's easier said than
done.

Hi Gary,
While many of us can give you tips about how to work toward a lower A1C,
probably the best way to proceed would be to ask your endocrinologist to
refer you to a Certified Diabetes Educator/Registered Dietitian. He or she
can work with you to find the best way for you to eat. They can analyze what
you are now eating and work with you to modify what and how you eat to lower
your A1C.
Lots of times rather amazing change comes from making small adjustments. You
are obviously motivated to work on this--getting help from an expert can be
the step you need to take.

Hello just got my blood work. I am a bit disappointed. The endocrinologist
said that my triglicerent levels arehight and my a1c is 9.1. I would like
ot know what oto do. I don't eat a lot of carbs. Iso Iwhat am I doing
wrong.so I can at least get my a1c in the or under the 7.
