I have found the one that is available through the NFB Independence
Market is good. It has a cuff that fits above the elbow and talks you
through all the steps. You can order this only over the phone as the
Independence Market portion of the website is being redesigned and is
still not ready. Call (410) 659-9314 and listen for the option to
connect to the Independence Market.

I believe Independent Living Aids also has a talking blood Pressure
monitor. (sorry, I don't have their number right off hand.

One last place you could try is L S & S Products. Again, I don't have
their number.

Do a Google search for their website and you should be able to find
their numbers there.
